• The instructor must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree.

• Must have a minimum of one year of teaching experience, either in-person or online.

• Must possess a valid and relevant certification in the subject they wish to teach.
  (For example, to teach English, holding valid certificates such as TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, or recognized diplomas from accredited educational institutions is mandatory.)

• The applicant’s age must be between 20 and 40 years old.

• Full familiarity with and ability to use Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Classroom, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.

• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications is required.

• Additional computer skills and fast typing ability are considered an advantage.

• Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to interact effectively with the academy and its programs are essential.

• The instructor must have a quiet and suitable environment for conducting online classes.

• High-speed internet access is required.

• Teaching must be conducted via computer (teaching through tablets or mobile phones is not acceptable).

• During classes, the instructor’s camera/video must be turned on for students.

• To create a profile for newly hired instructors, information such as personal photo, full name, date of birth, and work experience will be published on the academy’s website; applicants must have no objection to this.

• Cooperation with the academy in promotional and marketing activities is a requirement of employment.
